If you need dedicated time to work ON your business and create a plan for growth in 2020, this business retreat is the time to do it.
I’ll be walking a handful of participants through a process to evaluate their current business and creating a plan to grow it in 2020. This is a great way to re-focus on what you’re building, gain clarity on your next steps, and brainstorm around your biggest business challenges with a group of peers and mentors.

Before the retreat, Barney will schedule some one on one time with you to help you start the process of creating a 3 year vision for your business.
Jan 16th - Create Your Vision
During this first day, you’ll introduce yourself and your business to the group and begin creating a vision, using my visioning process. By the end of Day 1, you’ll have a clear idea of the direction that you’ll be taking your business.
Jan 17th - Develop Your Plan
Day 2 will be where you start to push your business forward. In the morning, you’ll complete a series of planning exercises in a small group, guided by me. These exercises will help you breakdown your vision into manageable parts. By noon, you will have planned the first part of your 3 Year Vision. The rest of the afternoon will be spent planning the next parts of your vision, and a brainstorming session with me and the rest of the group to solve some of your biggest business problems.
